AirlineNexa (“AirlineNexa”, “we”, “us”) is an independent flight booking assistance service operating the website airlinenexa.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or call a travel representative, how we use it, and the choices you have.
AirlineNexa is not an airline and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any specific airline or government entity.
Information we collect
Information you give us by phone. When you call us, you may share details needed to look up or arrange travel, such as traveler names, contact details, departure and destination cities, travel dates, number of travelers, cabin preferences and, if you choose to book, information required by the airline (for example date of birth or passport details for international trips).
Trip planner entries. The trip planner on our homepage (origin, destination, dates and travelers) runs in your browser to help you prepare for a call. These entries are not sent to our servers.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and similar storage
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website. We use only first-party storage set by our own code:
an_consent (cookie, 180 days): remembers your cookie choices (essential, analytics, marketing) so we do not ask again.
fnb_popup and fnb_called (session storage, cleared when you close the tab): remember whether the call-assistance pop-up has been shown or a call button was tapped, so the pop-up is not repeated.
Your cookie choices stay with AirlineNexa. They are stored in your browser and, where enabled, sent only to our own website. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for airlinenexa.com, which will show the cookie banner again.

Airlines and other travel suppliers, to search, reserve, issue or change your travel

Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When your browser requests these files, those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information under their own privacy policies. They do not receive your cookie choices or the details you share with us.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service you requested, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
