Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of airlinenexa.com and the travel assistance services provided by AirlineNexa (“AirlineNexa”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or calling our travel representatives, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our service
AirlineNexa is an independent travel assistance service. Our representatives help travelers by phone with new flight reservations, flight date changes, last-minute travel, and comparing fares, schedules and cabins for domestic and international flights.
AirlineNexa is not an airline. We do not operate flights and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any specific airline or government entity.
Bookings and airline rules
When you book through AirlineNexa, your flight is provided by the airline, and your ticket is subject to that airline’s conditions of carriage and fare rules. These rules control baggage allowances, seat assignments, changes, cancellations, refunds, no-shows and similar matters.
Fares, seats and schedules are set by airlines and can change at any time until a ticket is issued. A price quoted during a call is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Fees and payment
Airline fares, taxes and airline fees are charged as set by the airline. If AirlineNexa charges a service fee for its assistance, the amount will be disclosed to you before you confirm a booking. By confirming, you authorize the total amount disclosed to you.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Whether a reservation can be changed or cancelled, and whether any refund or credit is available, depends on the airline’s fare rules. Change fees and fare differences may apply. Service fees charged by AirlineNexa for assistance already provided may be non-refundable, as disclosed at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete traveler information, with names exactly as they appear on the ID you will travel with
Review your itinerary and confirmation promptly and tell us about any error right away
Hold valid travel documents, such as passports, visas and health documents, required for your trip
Check in and arrive at the airport within the airline’s deadlines
Use our website and services only for lawful, personal travel purposes

Information on this website, including destination, cabin and travel-tip content, is general and provided for convenience. It may not reflect current airline policies, prices or availability. Always confirm requirements with your airline before you travel.
Intellectual property
The AirlineNexa name, logo, website design and original content are owned by AirlineNexa and may not be copied or reused without permission. Airline names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirlineNexa is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, lost baggage or other events within the control of airlines or other travel suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the service fees you paid to AirlineNexa for the booking in question.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirlineNexa from claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the website and services from that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AirlineNexa is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
